Submission and Licensing Process
- Submit your product
- Our team reviews submissions
- Product passes initial screen
- You receive an email or call request for additional information and product samples
- Product does not pass initial screen
- You receive a does not meet our criteria email
- Our team reviews additional information and product sample
- Product passes and is reviewed and voted on by our Product Evaluation Committee
- Product does not pass
- You receive a does not meet our criteria email
- Your product is reviewed and voted on at our bi-weekly Product Evaluation Committee Meeting
- Product approved
- You receive a call to discuss the terms of our standard licensing agreement and setup follow-up meetings/calls.
- Product does not pass
- You receive a call/email with our decision
- Completion of Licensing Agreement
- Standard Legal / Due Diligence
- Validate patent and trademark ownership (if any)
- Assess availability of current inventory and status of manufacturing (if any)
- Assess current distribution relationships (if any)
- Signing of Agreement
